Valid License and Insurance. The Defendant shall not drive a motor vehicle without possessing both 24 a valid driver license and current proof of automobile personal liability insurance. DUI Victim Impact Panel. The Defendant shall attend a DUI victim impact panel and within 90 days 25 of entering into this Agreement file written proof thereof with the Court Clerk. In order to satisfy this 26 condition, the panel must comport with the requirements set out in RCW 10.01.230.
