Validity of Memorandum. The parties have met and conferred in good faith through their designated representatives concerning matters set forth in Government Code Section 3504 and have reached agreement thereon as set forth below.

Validity of Memorandum. Should any article, section, or portion of this Agreement be held unlawful and unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the court's decision shall only apply to the specific article, section, or portion of this Agreement directly specified in the decision, and the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected by the decision.
Validity of Memorandum. Should any portion of this memorandum or any provision herein contained be rendered or declared invalid by reason of any existing or subsequently enacted legislation, or by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidation of any portion of this memorandum shall not invalidate the remaining portions hereof, and they shall remain in full force and effect.
