PARTIES TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as MOU) is entered into on between the City Administrative Officer (CAO) as the authorized management representative of the City and the authorized management representatives of any City Department in which classifications listed in the Appendices may be employed (hereinafter referred to as Management) and authorized representatives of the Engineers and Architects Association (EAA or Association) as the exclusive recognized employee organization for the Administrative Unit (Unit).
PARTIES TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into on December 4, 2015, between the City Administrative Officer (CAO), as the authorized management representative of the Los Angeles City Council (City Council), City departments, bureaus and divisions (“Management”) and authorized representatives of SEIU 721 (“Union”) as the exclusive recognized employee organization for the Supervisory Professional Engineering and Scientific Representation Unit.
PARTIES TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as "MOU") is entered into on September 8, 2010, by the City Administrative Officer, as authorized management representative of the City Council, and the authorized management representatives of any City Departments in which classifications listed in Appendix A may be employed, (hereinafter referred to as "Management"), and authorized representatives of the Engineers and Architects Association (hereinafter referred to as "Association") as the exclusive recognized employee organization for the Supervisory Technical Unit.
PARTIES TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. This MOU is entered into by the City Administrative Officer, as authorized management representative of the City Council and the Police Department, and by authorized representatives of the Association, as the exclusive recognized employee organization for the Unit.
PARTIES TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. This Memorandum of Understanding (herein referred to as MOU or Agreement, interchangeably) has been prepared pursuant to the terms of the City of Glendale Employee Relations Ordinance, as amended by this agreement, which is hereby incorporated by reference. This Agreement has been executed by representatives of the City of Glendale (hereinafter referred to as "City") on behalf of the City Manager and by representatives of the Glendale Police Officers' Association (hereinafter referred to as "Association") pursuant to Government Code 3500, as amended, et seq. and hereby satisfies the City's duty to meet and confer with the association during the life of this agreement.
PARTIES TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. This MOU is entered into by the CAO, as authorized management representative of the Council and the Los Angeles Fire Department (Management), and the authorized representatives of the Association, as the exclusive recognized employee organization for the Unit.

This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Long Beach, a Municipal Corporation (“City”), and the Long Beach City Employees’ Local Lodge 1930, District Lodge 947, International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO (“Union”) pursuant to Government Code Sections 3500 et seq.
PARTIES TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU or Agreement) is made and entered into by and between the City of Long Beach, a Municipal Corporation ("City") and the Long Beach Firefighters Association ("Association") pursuant to Government Code 3500 et. seq.
PARTIES TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into on December 2, 2022, by the City Administrative Officer (CAO), as authorized Management representative of the City Council, and the authorized management representatives of the Departments of Aging, Animal Services, Fire, Personnel, Police, Zoo, (hereinafter referred to as "Management") and authorized representatives of the ACEA, Local 2006, AFSCME, as the exclusive recognized employee organization for the Professional Medical Services Unit.
