VALIDITY OF TENDER. 4.01 Any tender :
VALIDITY OF TENDER. 4.9.1 Tenders shall remain valid for at least 120 (one hundred and twenty) days after date of tender opening. Any tender valid for a shorter period shall be rejected by NCPB as non-responsive.
VALIDITY OF TENDER. The tender shall be valid for one year from the date of award of the tender unless short closed before that by the Medical Superintendent. However, the Medical Superintendent on his discretion can also extend the period for further one year on the same terms & conditions.
VALIDITY OF TENDER. The Tender along with the prices shall remain valid initially for a period of 90 (Ninety) days from the date of opening of Part I of tender and the Tenderer/s shall not cancel or withdraw the tender during this period. The validity period may be further extended by mutual agreement in writing by the Tenderer/s and the Bank. Such withdrawal/cancellation during the initial validity period of ninety days or the mutually agreed extended period shall lead to forfeiture of the EMD by the Bank.
VALIDITY OF TENDER. The tender shall be valid for a period of 180 days from the date of opening of the tender. • No representation for the enhancement of the prices of the accepted tender or alteration of the terms and conditions will be entertained till supplies are completed.
VALIDITY OF TENDER. The tender shall remain valid for acceptance within 150 days from the final date of submission of the tender, and this has to be confirmed by signing the Tender Bond. The tenderer shall be exempted from this Bond if the tender was previously withdrawn in writing to the Employer before the official opening.
VALIDITY OF TENDER. Rates quoted by the firm shall remain valid for a period of 90 days after opening of the Technical bid.
VALIDITY OF TENDER. Tenderer shall keep his offer open for a minimum period of Ninety (90) days from the date of opening of the tender or as mentioned in the Tender notice.
VALIDITY OF TENDER. Tender shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance of Letter of Intent and may be extended for further 90 days with mutual consent of JKMSCL and firms.
VALIDITY OF TENDER. Tender must be open for the period as mentioned in cover letter of Tender Document. Validity of tenderfor single packet=45 days & for two packet system =60 days. However, in case Short Notice period of 21 days and 14 days, validity would be 30 days and 20 days respectively. (Xxx.Xx. Letter no. 2017/Trans/01/Policy dated 08.02.2018). Further extension to the validity of tender shall be decided mutually.
