VALIDITY OF TENDER. 4.9.1 Tenders shall remain valid for at least 120 (one hundred and twenty) days after date of tender opening. Any tender valid for a shorter period shall be rejected by NCPB as non-responsive.
VALIDITY OF TENDER. The tender shall be valid for one year from the date of award of the tender unless short closed before that by the Medical Superintendent. However, the Medical Superintendent on his discretion can also extend the period for further one year on the same terms & conditions.
