VALIDITY OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. The validity of the collective agreement in force from 1 February 2020 to 31 January 2023 is extended from 1 February 2023 to 31 January 2025 with the changes listed in this protocol. This agreement shall be extended for one a year at a time unless it is terminated in writing by either party at least two months before the expiry date.

  • Single Collective Agreement a) Central terms and local terms shall together constitute a single collective agreement.

  • TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreement, this Collective Agreement, including appendices, unless altered by mutual consent of both, shall be in force and effect from and after the date upon which the Union and the Employer exchange notice of ratification of this Collective Agreement up to and including March 31, 2024 and from year to year thereafter unless amended or terminated. Notification of desire to amend or terminate may be given in writing by either Party during the period between sixty (60) and one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to its expiration date.
