TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 Except where specifically provided otherwise, the terms of this Collective Agreement shall be effective from the date upon which the Union and the Employer exchange notice of ratification by their principals of this Collective Agreement, up to and including March 31, 2024, and from year-to-year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either party to the other not less than sixty (60) calendar days nor more than one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days prior to the expiration date of its desire to change or amend this Agreement.
TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreement, this Collective Agreement shall be in force and effect from and after April 1, 2017, or the date upon which the United Nurses of Alberta and the Employer exchange notice of ratification by their principals of the terms of this Collective Agreement, whichever is later up to and including March 31, 2020, and from year to year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either party to the other party not less than 60 days nor more than 120 days prior to the expiration date of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement.
TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 This agreement, including appendices hereto unless altered by mutual consent of both Parties hereto, shall be in force and effect on date of June 12, 2023 up to and including September 30, 2024 and from year to year thereafter unless amended or terminated. Notification of desire to amend or terminate may be given in writing by either Party to the other Party during the period between sixty (60) and one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to its expiration.

TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 2.01 Unless otherwise specified herein, amendments made to this Collective Agreement by Alberta Health Services and the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees, will be in force and effect from the date upon which the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees and Alberta Health Services exchange notice of ratification of the terms of this Collective Agreement, up to and including March 31, 2020, and from year- to-year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either Party to the other Party not less than sixty (60) days nor more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the expiration date of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement.
TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 2.01 This Agreement shall be in full force from November 23rd, 2016 and continue in full force and effect through November 22nd, 2020, and from year to year, thereafter, except as hereinafter provided. Either party wishing to amend this Agreement shall give notice in writing of such desire to the other party, not less than sixty (60) days or more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the anniversary of this Agreement.
TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 40.01 This Collective Agreement shall take effect as of April 1, 2020 and shall remain in full force and effect until March 31st, 2024 and from year to year thereafter unless notice is served by either party pursuant to the Code.
TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 32.01 This Collective Agreement shall be for in effect from January 1, 2015 until December 31, 2018 inclusive and shall remain in full force and effect from year to year following the expiration of the term until notice of desire to change, amend, or terminate such Collective Agreement.
TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 21.01 This agreement shall be in effect from September 1, 2008 and remain in effect until August 31, 2012 and from year to year thereafter unless either party gives notice in writing to the other at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date, as to its desire to terminate or renew this agreement with or without modifications or to make a new agreement.
