Value of security. The value of security required for the purposes of this clause 10 is the Distributor's reasonable estimate of the Distribution Services charges that the Trader will be required to pay to the Distributor in respect of any period of not more than 2 weeks, notified in writing by the Distributor to the Trader. If additional security is required in accordance with clause 10.7 ("Additional Security"), the Distributor's notice provided under clause 10.1 must state the amount of the Additional Security.

Value of security. The value of security required for the purposes of this clause 12 is the amount calculated in accordance with clause 12A.4 or 12A.5 (as applicable) of the Code and advised by the Distributor to the Retailer in the Distributor's notice under clause 12.1. If additional security is required in accordance with Schedule 6.6.7 ("Additional Security"), the Distributor's notice provided in accordance with Schedule 6.6.1 must state the amount of the Additional Security.

(c) The original or a copy, certified by an approved person to be a true and complete copy, of the builder’s certificate and any xxxx of sale conveying title to the relevant Ship to the relevant Owner and the protocol of delivery and acceptance, commercial invoice and any other delivery documentation required under the relevant Building Contract.
