Common use of Values Clause in Contracts

Values. Value of the Variable Account The value of a Sub-Account on a Valuation Date is determined by multiplying the Accumulation Units in that Sub-Account by the Accumulation Unit Value as of the Valuation Date. Accumulation Units are purchased when an amount is allocated to a Sub-Account. The number of Accumulation Units purchased equals that amount divided by the applicable Accumulation Unit Value as of the Valuation Date.
