Common use of Variance in Work Hours Clause in Contracts

Variance in Work Hours. Requests for a variance in regular working hours and/or appropriate leave for educational purposes will be given consideration if such variance does not interfere with the workload and the mission accomplishment of the Employer.

Requests for a variance in regular working hours and/or appropriate leave for educational purposes will be given consideration if such variance does not granted unless it would interfere with the workload and the mission accomplishment performance of the Employercritical day-to-day mission of the work unit or does not conform to existing laws, regulations or this Agreement.
