VERBAL AGREEMENT OR CONVERSATION. No verbal agreement or conversation with any officer, agent, or employee of the CITY, either before, during, or after the execution of this Agreement, shall affect or modify any of the terms or obligations herein contained, nor shall such verbal agreement or conversation entitle the CONSULTANT to any additional payment whatsoever under the terms for this Agreement. All changes to this Agreement shall be in writing and appended hereto as prescribed in Article 3 above.

To accomplish this objective, information will be acquired through a survey of practices of the Hospitals. The parties agree that from time to time they will endorse best practices that demonstrate creative joint quality of worklife initiatives.

  • Entire Agreement and Amendment This Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto in respect of the subject matter of this Agreement, and supersedes and replaces all prior agreements, understandings and commitments with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement may be amended only by a written document signed by both parties to this Agreement.
