Icinga may share your information in the following ways: (a) to comply with the law or legal process (such as responding to subpoenas or court orders), (b) to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims related to this Agreement, (c) to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected or potential fraud, and brand protection matters (such as use of Icinga's trademark without a license), (d) situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person.

If the City has reason to doubt the validity of the medical certification provided by the employee, the City may require second and third medical opinions in accordance with the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993. The City shall bear the cost of such opinions. Additionally, the City may require subsequent re-certifications from the employee on a reasonable basis.
