Viewing the File. 1. A faculty member shall have the right to inspect his/her personnel file by appointment at any reasonable time. Requests to review personnel files are to be made through the Office of Human Resources, upon giving appropriate notice. 2. The faculty member may be accompanied by an Association representative. 3. An association representative shall have the right, with the written consent of the faculty member, to inspect the faculty member’s personnel file. 4. A Board employee may be present during such review. 5. A faculty member shall be able to copy materials from his/her personnel file.
