Violations Processing Services Sample Clauses

The Violations Processing Services clause outlines the responsibilities and procedures for handling violations, such as traffic or parking infractions, that occur in connection with the use of a service or product. Typically, this clause specifies how violations are reported, who is responsible for paying fines or penalties, and the process for notifying the relevant parties. For example, if a rental car receives a parking ticket, the clause may detail how the rental company will process the violation and recover costs from the renter.
