Common use of Vision Benefits Clause in Contracts

Vision Benefits. 5.6.1 The County Office will make available vision benefits to CSEA unit members through VSP or other provider as selected by the County Office. 5.6.2 Participation in the vision plan shall be voluntary and employees must elect to participate during the open enrollment period. 5.6.3 The premiums and other costs associated with electing to have vision coverage shall be the responsibility of each employee, except as specified in Article 5.2.1.1.1, Article 5.2.1.2.1, and Article 5.2.1.3.1.
