Common use of Visits by Federation Representatives Clause in Contracts

Visits by Federation Representatives. County agrees that accredited officers, the chief xxxxxxx and the member- 12 at-large of FOPPO, upon reasonable and proper introduction, shall have reasonable 13 access to the premises of the County at any time during working hours to conduct 14 Federation business. The Federation agrees that such visits will cause no disruptions 15 or interruptions of work. Such access shall include appropriate keys, proxys and alarm 16 access. Employees with access shall immediately return any cards and access 17 information to management upon cessation of their term of office.
