Common use of Vocational Educator Clause in Contracts

Vocational Educator. 7 (i) The following requirements shall apply to those educators who are required to 8 hold a valid Vocational Certificate. 10 (ii) Educators of Vocational-Technical courses shall have a minimum of three 11 years of occupational experience in the occupational area concerned. 13 (iii) Vocational educators shall be placed on the Experience Based Scale for initial 14 salary determination based on the following: 16  Vocational Certification – paid on the Bachelors scale 17  Bachelor’s Degree – paid on the Masters scale 18  Master’s Degree – paid on the Masters Intermediate scale
