Voice Messaging. DESCRIPTION: The Voice Messaging application provides a secure, password protected, 2-way communication vehicle for inmates and Friends and Family members with which they can leave voice messages. The messaging service can be terminated at will for particular inmates. No additional equipment is provided with this application. COMPENSATION When we begin charging for this service, a $0.75 transaction fee plus applicable taxes will be charged to the end-user for each message delivered. The Customer will receive $0.25 for each transaction fee collected by Provider. All messaging payments will be made in accordance with Texas PUC Subst. Rule 26.27. This service will not be available until Securus has developed a method to bill for it.
Voice Messaging. Supplier shall perform all activities required to ensure the efficient storage and retrieval of Voice messages by Authorized Users and to Implement, Manage, Operate, and Maintain related Voice messaging technology and systems (“Voice Messaging” and such services “Voice Messaging Services”). Supplier’s responsibilities to provide the Voice Messaging Services include those tasks, subtasks, and Deliverables set forth in Table 3 (Voice Messaging Services Responsibilities) below.
Voice Messaging. Use Voice Messaging to send voicemails directly to your community! Website administrators and select teachers can send voicemails to specific groups (4th grade parents, PTA members, drama club members...) or to everyone - it's an easy way to notify parents about school closures or other urgent messages. With Voice Messaging, you can: • Send voicemails to anyone with a cell phone or landline • Upload and save contact lists, so you can resend them messages • Send messages to existing contact lists • Send voicemails immediately or schedule for later delivery • View sent messages statistics and activity • Review all prior voicemails in the admin site • Send messages using a text-to-speech service for audio
Voice Messaging. Scalable, cost-effective voice messaging solution that supports industry standards for both analog and VOIP handsets and desktop access, and supports unified messaging with standard desktop email solutions such as Microsoft Outlook and multi-system voice mail networking.
Voice Messaging. Enables voicemail services to be established either against users or xxxx groups so that messages can be left and accessed by users. The Hosted Voice Service does not display voicemails in its system, but enables a voicemail to email function or access via the Hosted Voice Service devices.
