The OC feature will allow NewPhone to coordinate the installation of the Loop with the disconnect of an existing customer’s service and/or number portability service. In these cases, BellSouth will perform the order conversion with standard order coordination at its discretion during normal work hours.

Hardware Warranty A. RISK OF LOSS If you purchase any of the hardware Products directly from us, risk of loss or damage to hardware, will pass to you and acceptance will occur upon delivery to your “ship to” address or, if special shipping arrangements are agreed to, upon delivery to your carrier or designee. The EI document provides Loop Make-Up information which is similar to the information normally provided in a Design Layout Record (DLR). Upon issuance of a non-coordinated order in the service order system, XX0 Xxxxx will be activated on the due date in the same manner and time frames that BellSouth normally activates POTS-type Loops for its End Users.

For example, Academic Professionals often travel on University business and/or work evenings and weekends. A flexible work schedule is defined as having established working hours different from the standard 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday schedule, to be followed by an employee for an agreed upon period of time.
