Enterprise Trunk Premium. If Customer purchases Enterprise Trunk Premium (ETP), the standard VoIP Network Availability SLA threshold is enhanced to 100%. To make an ETP SLA claim for credit, Customer will request such credit within 30 business days after the month in which the ETP Network Availability SLA was not met in accordance with the standard VoIP Service SLA process guidelines at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx. For ETP-related SLA claims, Customer will note in the Comments section of the on-line credit request form that it is an ETP SLA Network Availability credit request.

Enterprise Trunk Premium. Enterprise Trunk Premium provides a business continuity option in which Verizon provisions mirrored capacity in secondary geographically-diverse Session Border Controller (“SBC”) High Availability (“HA”) Pairs serving Customer’s enterprise. This feature will permit Customer to route inbound and outbound traffic through a redundantly-provisioned backup Verizon SBC HA Pair in the event of an outage on the primary Verizon SBC HA Pair, or an outage affecting Customer Facilities or Equipment that necessitates secondary routing.

  • Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Participation Pursuant to Education Code section 71028 and Public Contract Code section 10115, the District may have a participation goal for disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBEs) of at least three (3) percent per year of funds expended each year by the District on projects that use funds from the California Community College Chancellor’s Office. This Project may use funds allocated under the Act. Therefore, to the extent feasible and pertaining to future hirings, the Consultant, before it executes the Agreement, shall provide to the District certification of compliance with the procedures for implementation of DVBE contracting goals, appropriate documentation identifying the amount(s) intended to be paid to DVBEs in conjunction with the contract, and documentation demonstrating the Consultant’s good faith efforts to meet these goals.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and NUI, NUI shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks and the Entrance Facility, on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.
