Common use of Voluntary Continuous Learning Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Continuous Learning. (a) The Employer and the Nurses recognize the importance of continuous learning and to that end, education programs shall be identified by the Employer in consultation with the Nurses and the Nurses will make every reasonable attempt to participate in these voluntary education programs.
