Voluntary Enrollment; Who is Eligible. Student enrollment in the Charter School will be voluntary. All students who meet age requirements applicable to a particular grade level will be eligible for enrollment. Other than the age of a student and the preferences allowed by law (see Section 5.8.6), there will be no criteria for selection of students. A student will be deemed admitted to and enrolled in the Charter School when the student’s application has been unconditionally accepted by the Charter School following completion of a phase of the enrollment process described below and after conditions to such acceptance have been satisfied. Enrollment of special education students will be governed as described in Section 5.8.9.

Voluntary Enrollment; Who is Eligible. Student enrollment in ORVED shall be voluntary. All students who meet legal age requirements applicable to a particular grade level will be eligible for enrollment. These requirements will be consistent with District policies relating to admission of students into any grade. The ability of nonresident students to enroll in ORVED will be subject to resident district approval if more than three percent of the resident district’s students are enrolled in virtual public charter schools that are not sponsored by the student's resident school district pursuant to ORS 338.125(4).

  • Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility Employees covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least seventy-five (75) percent of the time are eligible for the full Employer Contribution. This means:

  • Voluntary employee contributions (i) Subject to the governing rules of the relevant superannuation fund, an employee may, in writing, authorise their employer to pay on behalf of the employee a specified amount from the post- taxation wages of the employee into the same superannuation fund as the employer makes the superannuation contributions provided for in Clause 24(b).

  • Salary Reduction A reduction in pay from one step to another, which is not below the minimum rate established for the position by the salary plan. A copy of the notice of reduction shall be sent promptly to the City Manager Department for inclusion in the employee's official personnel file.

  • Dependent Care Salary Reduction Plan The Employer agrees to maintain the current dependent care salary reduction plan that allows eligible employees, covered by this Agreement, the option to participate in a dependent care reimbursement program for work-related dependent care expenses on a pretax basis as permitted by federal tax law or regulation.

  • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.

  • Contribution Eligibility You are eligible to make a regular contribution to your Xxxx XXX, regardless of your age, if you have compensation and your MAGI is below the maximum threshold. Your Xxxx XXX contribution is not limited by your participation in an employer-sponsored retirement plan, other than a Traditional IRA.

  • Partial Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility The following employees covered by this Agreement receive the full Employer Contribution for basic life coverage, and at the employee's option, a partial Employer Contribution for health and dental coverages if they are scheduled to work at least fifty (50) percent but less than seventy-five (75) percent of the time. This means:

  • Group Benefits Eligibility 7.2.1 Participation in the Plan shall be a condition of employment for all teachers commencing employment for a full school year.

  • VESTED RETIREMENT GRATUITY VOLUNTARY EARLY PAYOUT a) An Employee eligible for a Sick Leave Credit retirement gratuity as per Appendix A shall have the option of receiving a payout of his/her gratuity on August 31, 2016, or on the employee’s normal retirement date.

  • How Are Contributions to a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Reported for Federal Tax Purposes? Contributions to a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account are reported on IRS Form 5498-ESA.
