Voluntary Inoculation Program. The Employer shall establish a voluntary inoculation program for regular full-time and regular part-time employees covered by this Agreement. Pursuant to this voluntary inoculation program, the Employer shall offer, at its own expense, the following inoculations according to the following terms and circumstances:
