Voluntary Offer of Overtime. Overtime of 1 hour may be offered to employees, in seniority order when possible, prior to or after the employees scheduled shift on a voluntary basis. Employees will be paid for the full hour at the applicable rate of pay and may be given one or more assignments. Assignments are not considered overtime under this section, will not be subject to any overtime sign-up or equalization rules, and will not count toward an employee’s overtime balance.
