Voluntary Operations. (a) Any party (hereinafter called "proposing party") at any time may give written notice (hereinafter called "the proposal notice") to the other party of a proposal to drill a well on the Lands, and the proposal notice shall include the proposed location of the well, the proposed depth of same and a detailed estimate of the cost thereof. If, prior to the expiration of sixty (60) days from receipt of the proposal notice, the other party notifies proposing party in writing of agreement to the drilling of the well in accordance with the proposal notice, Operator shall drill same on the terms set out in the proposal notice and the well shall be deemed to be a well drilled for the joint account of the parties.
