Voluntary Participating Teacher (VPT). 22.3.3.1 A Voluntary Participating Teacher is a teacher with permanent status, an intern teacher, an emergency permit teacher, or experienced teacher new to the District who volunteers to participate in the PAR program. The purpose of participation in the PAR Program for the Voluntary Participating Teacher is for peer assistance only and the Consulting Teacher shall not participate in a performance review of the Voluntary Participating Teacher. The Volunteer Participating Teacher may terminate his or her participation in the PAR Program at any time after one semester.
