VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) The Voluntary Planning Agreement between the COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SYDNEY and CITY WEST HOUSING PTY LTD, that delivers public benefits associated with the approved development is publicly exhibited, executed and submitted to Council; and
(b) The guarantee must be provided to Council in accordance with the Voluntary Planning Agreement; and
(c) The Voluntary Planning Agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the land; and
(d) The payment of the monetary contribution must be provided to Council in accordance with the Voluntary Planning Agreement.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) The Voluntary Planning Agreement between the COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SYDNEY and XXXXX TA PTY LIMITED, BR ALEXANDRIA PTY LIMITED and XXXXX NA PTY LIMITED, that delivers public benefits associated with the approved development, shall be executed and submitted to Council; and
(b) The guarantee must be provided to Council in accordance with the Voluntary Planning Agreement; and
(c) The Voluntary Planning Agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the land.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) That a Voluntary Planning Agreement in accordance with the public benefit offer made by XXXXXXX PTY LTD AND RED BREAST PTY. LIMITED dated 2 June 2021, be exhibited, executed and submitted to Council; and
(b) The guarantee must be provided to Council in accordance with the Voluntary Planning Agreement; and
(c) The Voluntary Planning Agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the land.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) That a Planning Agreement in accordance with the public benefit offer made by SJB Planning on behalf of Crown W48 Pty Ltd be executed and submitted to Council; and
(b) The Planning Agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the relevant parcels of land in accordance with the Planning Agreement.
(A) Evidence that will sufficiently enable Council to be satisfied as to those matters identified in deferred commencement conditions, as indicated above, must be submitted to Council within 24 months of the date of this determination of this deferred commencement consent failing which, this deferred development consent will lapse pursuant to Section 95(6) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979;
(B) The consent will not operate until such time that the Council notifies the Applicant in writing that deferred commencement consent conditions, as indicated above, have been satisfied; and
(C) Upon Council giving written notification to the Applicant that the deferred commencement conditions have been satisfied, the consent will become operative from the date of that written notification, subject to the following conditions of consent and any other additional conditions reasonably arising from consideration of the deferred commencement consent conditions:
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) A Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) between the Council of the City of Sydney and AM Darlinghurst Investment Pty Ltd ACN 633 798 384 shall be drafted, exhibited, executed and submitted to Council in accordance with the Public Benefit Offer dated 10 September 2021.
(b) A guarantee must be provided to Council in accordance with the Voluntary Planning Agreement.
(c) The Voluntary Planning Agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the land for folio identifier 2/815188, commonly known as 000-000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) A Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) between the Council of the City of Sydney and AM Darlinghurst Investment Pty Ltd ACN 633 798 384 will be drafted, exhibited, executed and submitted to Council in accordance with the Public Benefit Offer dated 10 September 2021;
(b) A guarantee must be provided to Council in accordance with the Voluntary Planning Agreement; and
(c) The Voluntary Planning Agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the land for folio identifier 3-12/6520, commonly known as 00-00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Sydney and for folio identifier 1/815188 commonly known as 00-000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) A Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) between the Council of the City of Sydney and Sydney Catholic Schools Ltd shall be drafted, exhibited, executed and submitted to Council to capture the works within the Public Benefit Offer dated 19 January 2021 and submitted to Council on 5 February 2021.
(b) The VPA, as executed, must be registered on the title of the land and a bank guarantee provided and registered with Council in accordance with the terms of the executed VPA.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) The Voluntary Planning Agreement between the Council of the City of Sydney and Markham Real Estate Partners Green Square Pty Ltd, which was placed on public exhibition between 10 June 2020 and 8 July 2020 must be executed and submitted to Council; and
(b) The Voluntary Planning Agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the land.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) The Voluntary Planning Agreement between the Council of the City of Sydney and Skylife Bourke Pty Limited (as Trustee for Skylife Bourke Property Trust), which was placed on public exhibition between 5 March 2020 and 2 April 2020 shall be executed and submitted to Council; and
(b) The Voluntary Planning Agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the land.
VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT. (a) The Voluntary Planning Agreement between the Council of the City of Sydney and Stockland Development Pty Ltd and The Owners of Strata Plan No. 34888, Super Maz Superannuation Fund Custodian Pty Ltd, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Giumby Pty Ltd, Xxxxxxxx Xxx Limited, Xxx Xxxxx Xx, Xxx Xxxx Xx, Fordi Pty Limited, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Fund Pty Ltd, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx which was placed on public exhibition between 7 June 2018 and 5 July 2018 shall be executed and submitted to Council; and
(b) The guarantee must be provided to Council in accordance with the Voluntary Planning Agreement; and
(c) The Voluntary Planning Agreement, as executed, must be registered on the title of the land; and
