Voluntary Reduction from Classes Designated as Vulnerable to Layoff. An employee in a class designated by the County as vulnerable to layoff may request a voluntary reduction to any class provided the employee possesses the minimum qualifications and has passed any required performance tests for the class to which reduction is requested. Such employees shall be eligible for consideration for available positions in the class to which reduction is requested. If appointed, such an employee shall be placed on AGENCY/DEPARTMENTAL REINSTATEMENT LISTS pursuant to Section 7.A.3., below.

Such employees shall be eligible for consideration for available positions in the class to which reduction is requested. If appointed, such an employee shall be placed on AUTHORITY REINSTATEMENT LISTS pursuant to Section 7.A.3 of this Article.
