Any requirement adopted by the School that requires parents commit to or accrue a number of volunteer hours shall be subject to a waiver process that considers individual family circumstances, and the School shall not condition the continued enrollment of any student on the commitment of the student’s parents to provide any number of volunteer hours or donations in lieu thereof.
