The educational program, pupil performance standards and curriculum designed and implemented by the School will meet or exceed any content standards adopted by the state, will be designed to enable each pupil to achieve such standards, and will be consistent with the School’s vision and mission. Any material changes to this provision may be made only with the approval of the Institute and the School’s Board of Directors.

  • Registry Performance Specifications Registry Performance Specifications for operation of the TLD will be as set forth in Specification 10 attached hereto (“Specification 10”).
