Common use of VOLUNTEERS/INTERNS Clause in Contracts

VOLUNTEERS/INTERNS. CONTRACTOR may augment the above paid staff with volunteers 28 or part-time student interns. Unless waived by ADMINISTRATOR, prior to providing services pursuant 29 to this Agreement, interns shall be Master's Candidates in Counseling or Social Work or have a Bachelor's 30 Degree in a related field or be participating in any state recognized counselor certification program.
