Common use of VOLUNTEERS/INTERNS Clause in Contracts

VOLUNTEERS/INTERNS. CONTRACTOR may augment the above paid staff with 37 volunteers or part-time student interns. Unless waived by ADMINISTRATOR, prior to providing 1 services pursuant to this Agreement, interns shall be Master's Candidates in Counseling or Social Work 2 or have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or be participating in any state recognized counselor 3 certification program. Additionally, volunteers or student interns must be AOD registered or certified. 4 CONTRACTOR shall provide supervision of work by interns or consistent with school or licensing 5 Board requirements. CONTRACTOR shall provide supervision to volunteers as specified in the 6 respective job descriptions or work contracts. Volunteer or student intern services may not comprise 7 more than twenty percent (20%) of the services provided, unless approved in advance by 8 ADMINISTRATOR.
