VSA Course Access. In consideration for and subject to Student’s timely payment of the Registration Fee and Student’s continued advanced payment thereafter of any additional Installment Payments (if applicable) and the full Tuition – either in full or via mutually- agreed financing terms – VSA will provide Student access to the VSA Course during the Enrollment Period according to the terms and conditions provided herein.

VSA Course Access. In consideration for and subject to Student’s timely payment of the Registration Fee and Student’s continued advanced payment thereafter of the Initial Installment Payment (if applicable) and the full Tuition Balance – either in full or via mutually-agreed financing terms – VSA will provide Student access to the VSA Course during the Enrollment Period according to the terms and conditions provided herein. Under no circumstances shall Student sell, lease, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or disclose, or permit the transfer or disclosure of the VSA Course, in whole or in part, to any third party, or permit any third party to use or access the VSA Course or materials associated with the VSA Course, without the prior written consent of VSA;

The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property.
