WAGE INCREASES DURING LIFE OF AGREEMENT. 3.8.1 The rates of pay as stated in Clause 3.3.3 shall be assessed by the Employer on the anniversary (each year) of this Agreement and will be increased where appropriate in consideration the minimum wage as set by the Australian Fair Pay Commission (AFPC). 3.8.2 Where the rates in this Agreement are greater than the Australian Pay and Classification Scales (APCS’s) as determined by the Australian Fair Pay Commission then any increases to the APCS’s shall be absorbed. 3.8.3 Where the rates in this Agreement are less than the Australian Pay and Classification Scales (APCS’s) as determined by the Australian Fair Pay Commission then any increases to the APCS’s shall increase the rates in this Agreement.
