Common use of Wages Retroactive Clause in Contracts

Wages Retroactive. Wage rates under the Collective Agreement are retroactive and shall apply to all Employees, whether permanent, temporary or casual, employed as of April 1, 2014, or who became Employees thereafter, and shall be computed and paid within thirty (30) days or less from the signing of this Agreement. If considered necessary by the Employer, this period may be extended by thirty (30) days. Unless otherwise specified, all other provisions shall be effective as of the signing date of the Collective Agreement.
