Waiver of Irregularities. The District reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to waive deviations, irregularities, errors, or omissions in an Applicant’s conduct in connection with the RFQ process, in an Applicant’s SOQ, or in regard to any Applicant’s compliance or non-compliance with the requirements of the RFQ Documents.
