RFQ Documents definition

RFQ Documents means the documents listed in RFQ Section 2.1 (1) and any additional documents issued through Addenda;
RFQ Documents means the RFQ, Exhibits thereto, RFQ Proposal Forms, and each Addendum.
RFQ Documents means this entire RFQ DOCUMENT, all attachments, these Instructions to Proposers and any addendums issued prior to the date and time of submittal of the Proposals.

  • Hardcopies of the RFQ Documents and Addenda on file will be available upon request.

  • If there is any conflict between the electronic format and hard copies of any RFQ Documents or Addendum, the hard copies on file shall control.

  • The District shall have the right to make all determinations and interpretations relating to the RFQ Documents or the RFQ process, including, without limitation, any Applicant’s compliance with the RFQ Documents or its qualifications to participate in the RFQ process, and all such determinations shall be final and binding.

  • The decision whether or not to find a SOQ non-responsive and/or to disqualify an Applicant is discretionary with the District, all such decisions are final, and nothing stated in the RFQ Documents shall be interpreted as obligating the District to disqualify and/or find non-responsive any Applicant who fails to comply with the requirements of the RFQ Documents, if some other provision of the RFQ permits the District to do so.

  • Any Applicant who does not comply with the requirements of the RFQ Documents shall be subject to a finding of non-responsiveness and/or disqualification by the District, or reduction(s) in points by evaluators in their scoring of the Applicant’s SOQ, as ultimately determined by the District.

  • In addition to and without limitation upon any other requirements of the RFQ Documents, the District shall have the right to disqualify any Applicant and reject any SOQ by such Applicant should District determine that any information submitted by the Applicant is false, incorrect or materially incomplete.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of a conflict between the terms of the RFQ Documents and any term or condition in the Sample MSA, the latter shall govern.

  • Bid Documents means all the documents issued by the Chief Procurement Officer, or referenced by the Chief Procurement Officer as being available on the City's website and incorporated by such reference, in connection with an invitation for bids or proposals. Except for such Bid Documents as are posted on the City's website and incorporated by reference, all Bid Documents must be submitted by a bidder on the Bid Opening Date.

  • Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement, all other agreements to be entered into between or among the Acquired Company or its Affiliates and the Borrower or its Affiliates in connection with the Acquisition and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Documents includes any and all instruments, documents, agreements, certificates, indentures, notices and other writings, however evidenced.
