Waiver of Laws. To the extent legally permitted, the Borrower hereby irrevocably and absolutely waives the provisions of any applicable Law which may be inconsistent at any time with, or which may delay or limit in any way, the enforcement of the Documents in accordance with their terms.
Waiver of Laws. The Authority shall not at any time insist upon or plead in any manner whatsoever, or claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law now or at any time hereafter in force that may affect the covenants and agreements contained in this Indenture or in the Bonds, and all benefit or advantage of any such law or laws is hereby expressly waived by the Authority to the extent permitted by law.

The Local Agency shall not at any time insist upon or plead in any manner whatsoever, or claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law now or at any time hereafter in force that may affect the covenants and agreements contained in this Trust Agreement or in the Bonds, and all benefit or advantage of any such law or laws is hereby expressly waived by the Local Agency to the extent permitted by law.

The Issuer shall not at any time insist upon or plead in any manner whatsoever, or claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law now or at any time hereafter in force that may affect the covenants and agreements contained in this Bond Indenture or in the Bonds, and all benefit or advantage of any such law or laws is hereby expressly waived by the Issuer to the extent permitted by law.
Waiver of Laws. Where applicable, the parties agree that for effectiveness of the termination clauses under the Agreement, to waive any provisions, procedures and operation of any applicable law to the extent that a court order is required for termination of the Agreement.

To the fullest extent Trustor may do so, Trustor agrees that it will not at any time insist upon, plead, claim or take the benefit or advantage of any law now or hereafter in force providing for any appraisement, valuation, stay, extension or redemption, and Trustor, for itself and its representatives, successors and assigns, and for any and all persons ever claiming any interest in the Property, to the extent permitted by law, hereby waives and releases all rights of redemption, valuation, exemption, appraisement, stay of execution, notice of intention to mature or declare due the whole or any part of the indebtedness secured hereunder, notice of election to mature or declare due the whole or any part of such indebtedness and all rights to a marshaling of the assets of Trustor, including the Property, or to a sale in inverse order of alienation in the event of foreclosure of the liens and security interests hereby created. Trustor shall not have or assert any right under any statute or rule of law pertaining to the marshaling of assets, sale in inverse order of alienation, the exemption of homestead, the administration of estates of decedents or other matters whatever to defeat, reduce or affect the right of Beneficiary under the terms of the Deed of Trust to a sale of the Property for the collection of such indebtedness without any prior or different resort for collection, or the right of Beneficiary under the terms of the Deed of Trust to the payment of such indebtedness out of the proceeds of sale of the Property in preference to every other claimant whatever. If any law referred to in this Section and now in force, of which Trustor or its representatives, successors and assigns and such other persons claiming any interest in the Property might take advantage despite this Section, shall hereafter be repealed or cease to be in force, such law shall not thereafter be deemed to preclude the application of this Section.

The City will not at any time insist upon or plead in any manner whatsoever, or claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law now or at any time hereafter in force that may affect the covenants and agreements contained in this Issuing and Paying Agent Agreement or in the Notes, and all benefit or advantage of any such law or laws is hereby expressly waived by the City to the extent permitted by law.
