Waiver of Tenure. The Administrator acknowledges that, pursuant to Section 10-‐23.8a of the School Code, she waives any right to tenure in the School District by virtue of entering into this multi-‐year Contract and any multi-‐year extension thereof.
Waiver of Tenure. The Superintendent acknowledges that by accepting the terms of this multi-year Superintendent's Employment Contract, the Superintendent waives any right to tenure in the School District for the duration of the multi-year Contract pursuant to Section 5/10-23.8 of The School Code.
Waiver of Tenure. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the SUPERINTENDENT waives all rights of tenure granted under the Illinois School Code during the term of this Agreement.
Waiver of Tenure. By accepting the terms of a multi-year contract, XXXXXXX acknowledges that he waives all rights granted him under Sections 24- 11 through 24-16 of The School Code for the duration of his employment under a multi-year employment contract.

Waiver of Tenure. The Administrator, in accepting the terms of this multi-year Contract, waives any and all rights granted under the Illinois School Code, including, but not limited to, any rights to tenure under Section 24-11 through 24-16 of the Illinois School Code.

The Assistant Superintendent for Student Services acknowledges that, by accepting the terms of this multi-year employment agreement, the Assistant Superintendent for Student Services waives any rights to tenure in the District for the duration of this multi-year Agreement or any multi-year extension hereof, pursuant to Section 5/10-23.8a of The School Code.
Waiver of Tenure. The INTERIM ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT FOR FINANCE AND OPERATIONS herewith knowingly waives any and all rights he may have otherwise had to claim tenure by estoppel or acquiescence, or that he is otherwise entitled to appointment to a probationary period and the accrual of permanent appointment and discipline proceedings in his position, and the INTERIM ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT FOR FINANCE AND OPERATIONS specifically and knowingly waives any and all rights he may have arising under Section 3020-a of the Education Law.
