Waiving Requirements. All requirements of this Standard must be met although the Cooperative may, in its sole discretion, waive all or some of the requirements of this Standard. Waivers must be issued in writing.

Waiving Requirements. 14.1 Notwithstanding any other provisions of this by-law, the Director may waive the requirement for a plan and/or reduce or waive the permit fee where he/she considers it appropriate after taking into consideration the proposed works and whether the applicant has conformed with the by-law.
