Walkways. The Industry, at its expense, shall provide and maintain a clear and safe pathway for Railroad employees along both sides of the Track beyond the clearance point. If walkways are required by statute or regulation, the Industry, at its expense, shall ensure that walkways are built and maintained to conform with such statute or regulation.

Walkways. The sidewalks, roadways, and other public portions in the Project shall be used by the Tenant for the purpose solely of ingress and egress to and from the Premises of the Tenant. Tenant, its employees and agents, shall not loiter in the entrances or corridors, nor in any way obstruct the sidewalks, halls, stairways or elevators, and shall use the same only as a means of ingress and egress for the Premises.
Walkways. Purchasers are advised that the Town of Richmond Hill intends to install public walkways on lands taken by the town as walkways and that such uses may result in increased vehicular and pedestrian traffic on the street and adjacent to or in the vicinity of the property and a high volume of pedestrian traffic on the walkways. Purchasers are further advised that this use may affect some activities of the building occupants

Walkways. Along the outer side of each exterior track of multiple operated track, and on each side of single operated track, an unobstructed continuous space suitable for CP’s use in walking along trains, extending to a line not less than 12 feet from centerline of track, shall be maintained. Any temporary impediments to walkways and track drainage encroachments or obstructions allowed during work hours while CP’s flagging service is provided shall be removed before the close of each work day. Walkways with railings shall be constructed by Contractor over open excavations when in close proximity of track, and railings shall not be closer than 8.5 feet horizontally from center line of tangent track or 9.5 feet horizontally from centerline of curved track.

Walkways. No person shall use any walkway or mall except as a means of pedestrian egress from or ingress to parts of the Shopping Center.
