Existing Standards. Except as set forth in Section 3.6 below, the Employer is not limited, confined, or restricted by past practice, rule, custom, or regulation in carrying out the mission of the Employer.
Existing Standards. 3.1 Standards of employment related to wages, hours and working conditions which are mandatory for collective bargaining except those standards modified through collective bargaining shall be maintained at not less than the level in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement. Any disagreement between the Association and the City with respect to this section shall be subject to the grievance procedure.
Existing Standards. Each Participating TO shall provide to the ISO in a format and at the time to be established by the ISO in coordination with the Participating TO, the Participating TO's standards for inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement of its facilities under the ISO's Operational Control in effect as of the date it executes this Agreement.
Existing Standards. Until such time as the ISO adopts standards pursuant to Section 14.1, the ISO shall measure the performance of Participating TOs in relation to the maintenance, inspection, repair and replacement of transmission facilities by their existing standards. Each Participating TO shall provide the ISO with such information as the ISO shall require to identify such Participating TO's existing maintenance standards and measure its performance against the relevant standards.
Existing Standards. The City shall process, consider, and review all Subsequent Approvals in accordance with (i) the Approvals, (ii) the San Francisco General Plan, the San Francisco Municipal Code (including the Subdivision Code) and all other applicable City policies, rules and regulations as each of the foregoing is in effect on the Effective Date ("Existing Standards"), as the same may be amended or updated in accordance with permitted Future Changes to Existing Standards as set forth in Section 5.3, and (iii) this Agreement (collectively, "Applicable Laws").
Existing Standards. The City shall process, consider, and review all Subsequent Approvals in accordance with (i) the Approvals, (ii) the San Xxxx General Plan, the Municipal Code (including the Subdivision Code), amendments to the Municipal Code set forth in City Council Ordinance No. and all other applicable City policies, rules, and regulations, as each of the foregoing is in effect on the Effective Date ("Existing Standards"), as the same may be amended or updated in accordance with permitted Future Changes to Existing Standards as set forth in Section 5.4, and (iii) this Agreement (collectively, "Applicable Laws").
Existing Standards. Paragraph 5.1.1 gives an overview of existing standards in the context of care and standardization which are relevant for the project and for the partners. An overview from more technical context is given in paragraph 5.1.2. What is the state of the art of ICT systems and which main platforms are available in the care domain and relevant for our project.
Existing Standards. Except as expressly provided in this Section 2, the City shall process, consider, and review all Developer requests for Implementing Approvals in accordance with (i) the Basic Approvals, (ii) the San Francisco General Plan, the San Francisco Municipal Code (including the City’s Subdivision Code) and all other applicable City policies, rules and regulations as each of the foregoing is in effect on the Effective Date (“Existing Standards”),

Existing Standards. No employee, as a result of implementation of this Agreement, shall incur any reduction in compensation or established benefits other than modified by this Agreement.
