WAR MEASURE CLAUSE. If any employee of this plant is forced by the National Selective Service Act to change his employment from this plant, Georgia-Pacific Canada Inc., hereby agrees to re-establish such employee to his old position with no loss of seniority at the termination of the above-mentioned National Selective Service Act. All employees who have been drafted or volunteered in any branch of the armed forces of the United Nations shall be re-established on their respective job and maintain full seniority rights.

  • Variation of these clauses The parties may not modify these clauses except to update any information in Annex B, in which case they will inform the authority where required. This does not preclude the parties from adding additional commercial clauses where required.
