Warranties on Products. The Company warrants both units of the PRS and Parts and Accessories (hereinafter called "Products") delivered to the Distributor in accordance with the attached Schedule A (such warranty is hereinafter referred to as the "Company Limited Warranty"). The Company Limited Warranty is the only warranty applicable to the Products delivered in accordance with this Agreement.

Warranties on Products. Saturn warrants the new Motor Vehicles and Parts Accessories (Products) it produces. The warranties are explained in documents provided with the Products or explained in the Franchise System Manuals. Franchisor does not warrant Products. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW, THE WRITTEN SATURN WARRANTIES ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO NEW PRODUCTS. WITH RESPECT TO DEALERS, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY LIABILITY FOR COMMERCIAL LOSSES BASED UPON NEGLIGENCE OR MANUFACTURER'S STRICT LIABILITY. EXCEPT AS MAY BE PROVIDED UNDER AN ESTABLISHED SATURN PROGRAM OR PROCEDURE, SATURN NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANYONE TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH PRODUCTS, AND SATURN'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT. Any Parts and Accessories sold to Dealer by a designated supplier are not warranted by Saturn or Franchisor and are warranted only as specified by the supplier.

Warranties on Products. Agent is required to abide by the terms of Company warranty policy, to inform customers accurately of the warranty provisions, and not to resolve warranty claims by engaging the customer, ex parte, or placing blame or liability on Company. Agent shall make available to prospective purchasers a copy of Company written warranty then in effect. Company shall furnish through Agent to each purchaser of one of Company standard written limited warranty in effect at such time. Company warranty is in lieu of any other express warranty with regard to Company products. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
