– WARRANTY/GUARANTEES. A. COVENANT AGAINST GRATUITIES: CONTRACTOR warrants that no gratuities (in the form of entertainment, gifts, or otherwise) were offered or given by CONTRACTOR, or any agent or representative of CONTRACTOR, to any officer or employee of CITY with a view toward securing this Agreement or favorable treatment with respect to any determination concerning the performance of this Agreement. In the event of breach of this warranty, CITY shall be entitled to pursue the same remedies including, but not limited to, termination, against CONTRACTOR as it could pursue in the event of CONTRACTOR’s default.

In the event of breach of this warranty, CITY shall be entitled to pursue the same remedies including, but not limited to, termination, against AUDITOR as it could pursue in the event of AUDITOR’s default.
– WARRANTY/GUARANTEES. All repairs carried out by IT-C or our representatives shall be guaranteed for a period of 14 days. This guarantee does not affect the Customers statutory rights.
– WARRANTY/GUARANTEES. 1. The Supplier is responsible for ascertaining exactly what Information and/or which Documents are required for the Items, failing which it shall be deemed to be acquainted with (a) the purpose for which the Items are intended, and (b) the circumstances in which the Items are to be made.
– WARRANTY/GUARANTEES. All repairs carried out by LUC or our representatives shall be guaranteed for a period of 30 days. This guarantee does not affect the Customers statutory rights.
– WARRANTY/GUARANTEES. All repairs carried out by PENTRE TECH LTD or our representatives shall be guaranteed for a period of 30 days. This guarantee does not affect the Customers statutory rights.
– WARRANTY/GUARANTEES. All repairs carried out by Telemat IT Support or our representatives shall be guaranteed for a period of 30 days. This guarantee does not affect the Customers statutory rights.

In the event of breach of this warranty, CITY shall be entitled to pursue the same remedies including, but not limited to, termination, against ATTORNEY as it could pursue in the event of ATTORNEY’s default.
– WARRANTY/GUARANTEES. The Supplier shall produce and deliver to HPC unconditional, irrevocable bank guarantee for the purpose of securing its obligations under this Sub- Clause as further detailed in the Specifications for the duration of Warranty Period(s) (hereinafter referred to as the "Warranty Guarantee(s)") in the form attached hereto as Form C, as a pre-condition to the Acceptance of the Deliverables and as a condition precedent to the return of the appropriate Performance Guarantee, Tender's Timeframe Performance Guarantee and Payment Guarantee(s).
