Campaign Contribution Disclosure. This Agreement is subject to Government Code Section 84308, as amended by SB 1439. That statute requires Consultant to disclose any campaign contribution by the Consultant or the Consultant’s agent to City Councilmembers or other City officials of more than two-hundred and fifty dollars ($250) in the aggregate within the preceding twelve (12) months. Consultant shall provide a signed copy of the attached Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form, Exhibit C, with Consultant’s execution of this Agreement.

  • Campaign Contributions / Lobbying Funds provided through a grant award or contract shall not be given or received in exchange for the making of a campaign contribution. No part of the funds provided through this contract shall be used to influence or attempt to influence an officer or employee of any State of Kansas agency or a member of the Legislature regarding any pending legislation or the awarding, extension, continuation, renewal, amendment or modification of any government contract, grant, loan, or cooperative agreement.
