Warranty of Authorization. Each individual executing this Agreement in a representative capacity warrants that he/she has complete and unrestricted authority to execute this Agreement and to bind the party for which such individual purports to act.
Warranty of Authorization. Artist represents that Artist possesses full power to enter into this Agreement and to convey the rights herein granted to County without the consent of any third party.

Warranty of Authorization. Each person whose signature appears hereon warrants and guarantees that he or she has been duly authorized and has full authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the entity on whose behalf this Agreement is executed.

Tenant certifies that the officer executing on its behalf is fully authorized to do so and further, that it is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Ohio and authorized to do business in the State of Ohio, with Statutory Agent Corporation, 00 Xxxx Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX 00000, duly appointed as a service agent within the State of Ohio to receive all services of process.
Warranty of Authorization. 10.1. Clearlake represents and warrants that the person executing this Agreement is a duly authorized representative of the City of Clearlake with actual authority to bind the City of Clearlake to each and every term, condition, and obligation contained in this Agreement and that all requirements relating to such authority have been fulfilled.
10.2. Lakeport represents and warrants that the person executing this Agreement is a duly authorized representative of the City of Lakeport with actual authority to bind the City of Lakeport to each and every term, condition, and obligation contained in this Agreement and that all requirements relating to such authority have been fulfilled.
Warranty of Authorization. Developer and Client represent and warrant that that execution of this Agreement has been duly authorized by appropriate action taken in accordance with the parties' respective articles of incorporation, by-laws, and all other governing law. The parties further represent and warrant that the representatives executing this Agreement on their behalf have all necessary power and authority to execute this Agreement on their behalf.
Warranty of Authorization. Each party hereby represents and warrants to the other party that the making, execution and performance of this Agreement by such party has been duly authorized by all necessary legal, corporate or limited liability company action.
Warranty of Authorization. Each person executing this Agreement warrants that he/she/it is authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of the corporation for which he signs and that any necessary resolutions and authorizations have been obtained prior to execution of this Agreement.
Warranty of Authorization. The Company warrants that the person signing this Trust Agreement has the authority to execute such document on behalf of the Company.
