Waste Materials and Rubbish. The Contractor shall keep the premises and surrounding areas free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by the Work. Upon Final Acceptance of the Work, the Contractor shall, to the Agency’s satisfaction, remove from and about the site, all waste materials, rubbish, surplus material, and Contractor’s tools, equipment, machinery.

Waste Materials and Rubbish. The ESCO shall keep the premises and surrounding areas free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by the Work. All cost to remove waste materials and rubbish from the Site shall be borne by ESCO. Upon Final Acceptance of the Project, the ESCO shall, to the Customer’s satisfaction, remove from and about the Site all waste materials, rubbish, ESCO's tools, equipment, machinery, and surplus material.

  • MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP Unless otherwise specified, all materials and equipment incorporated in the work under the Contract shall be new. All workmanship shall be first class and by persons qualified in the respective trades.

  • Materials and Equipment ‌ Material means property that may be consumed or expended during performance, component parts of a higher assembly, or items that lose their individual identity through incorporation into an end item. Equipment means a tangible item that is functionally complete for its intended purpose, durable, nonexpendable, and needed for performance. Materials and Equipment shall be priced in accordance with the terms of the task order award, contract type, and applicable FAR and agency-specific regulatory supplements. Unless otherwise directed by task order terms and conditions, the Contractor may apply indirect costs to materials and equipment consistent with the Contractor’s usual accounting practices.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.
