Each Employee will be informed prior to departure as to what can be expected in respect to weather conditions at or near the shooting site so that he or she may reasonably provide himself or herself with suitable clothing and/or equipment. However, in extreme cold weather, such as the extreme cold experienced in an Arctic winter for example, the Employer shall make available to the Employees suitable clothing and gear to cope with such conditions.
