Webmail. 11.1 Webmail and other web-based e-mail services made available by WeaverWorx are provided on an “as is” basis without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, and the Client acknowledges and agrees that WeaverWorx shall have no responsibility for, or liability in respect of, any aspect of the webmail services, including without limitation for any lost or damaged data or any acts or omissions of WeaverWorx. As webmail storage space is limited, some webmail messages may not be processed due to space constraints or message limitations. 11.2 Webmail is provided to individuals and for personal use only. Any unauthorised commercial use of the Webmail service, or resale of the Webmail service is expressly prohibited.

Webmail. Webmail and other web based email services made available by BEBROADBAND are provided on an "as is" basis without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, and the client acknowledges and agrees that BEBROADBAND shall have no responsibility for, or liability in respect of, any aspect of the Webmail services, including without limitation for any lost or damaged data or any acts or omissions of BEBROADBAND. As webmail storage space is limited, some Webmail messages may not be processed due to space constraints or message limitations. Webmail is provided to individuals and for personal use only. Any unauthorized commercial use of the Webmail service or resale of the Webmail service is expressly prohibited.
Webmail. The following additional provisions shall apply to Webmail Participants: (a) Security Procedures Webmail Participants shall implement safeguards that are reasonable and appropriate to ensure the security of the Mass HIway. Webmail Participant shall secure its Authorized Users’ PCs, laptops, tablets or other devices which use Webmail to connect to the Mass HIway. Webmail Participant shall also implement processes to reduce vulnerabilities for data breach. Webmail Participant is responsible for the security of webmail content downloaded via the Mass HIway Webmail interface. Such security procedures shall include administrative procedures, physical security measures, and technical security safeguards. (b) Webmail Capacity EOHHS will notify a Webmail Participant when an Authorized User’s webmail account has reached its storage capacity limit, after which the webmail account will not be able to receive additional messages until messages have been removed to allow additional storage. EOHHS will inform the Participant’s Access Administrator when an account has reached capacity. EOHHS will not delete or archive message in an Authorized User’s webmail account, nor will it deliver messages to an account when it is over its storage capacity limit. WEBMAIL PARTICIPANT AND ITS AUTHORIZED USER(S) AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE MESSAGES SENT TO THEIR WEBMAIL ACCOUNT WHEN IT IS OVER ITS STORAGE LIMIT CAPACITY.

Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.
