Website and Social Media Support. The CNA shall provide technical support and assistance to the Commission in refreshing and maintaining content and development on the xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx website. This may take the form of engagement between the CNA’s social media channels and the Commission’s. The CNA shall monitor and track utilization of social media and submit quarterly reports to the Commission that include web analytics and metrics, consistent with best industry practices or such others as may be determined by the Commission. The Commission will consult with the CNA on other website and social media activities, in accordance with the annual Strategic Communications Plan.

The CNA shall recommend appropriate social media channels and assist the Commission in promoting communication through those channels. The CNA shall monitor and track utilization of social media and submit monthly reports to the Commission that include web analytics and metrics, consistent with best industry practices or such others as may be determined by the Commission. The CNA shall perform other website and social media activities, as determined by the Commission in accordance with the annual Strategic Communications Plan. The Commission will consult with the CNA on XxxxxxxXxx.xxx deliverables. The Commission intends for the CNA to maintain the current level of support.

Any written information or literature, including educational or promotional materials, 30 distributed by CONTRACTOR to any person or organization for purposes directly or indirectly related 31 to this Agreement must be approved at least thirty (30) days in advance and in writing by 32 ADMINISTRATOR before distribution. Any information as described in Subparagraphs A. and B. above shall not imply endorsement 11 by COUNTY, unless ADMINISTRATOR consents thereto in writing. 12

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.
